Membership
Our waiting list is currently closed. This is to avoid setting unrealistic expectations, as our current list is projected to last for the next 10 years.
Our Constitution establishes us as a privately managed site, rather than one operated under Glasgow City Council terms and conditions. When our waiting list opens, our Rules require the management committee to give priority to the residents in the immediate locale.
Rent is £25 annually, and the outgoing owner of a plot will set a price for any buildings (sheds, greenhouses, etc.) to a maximum of £200.
